Not exceptable service!!!

Authorization for a procedure was submitted Tuesday 11 Aoril 2023 to be done at a day clinic on Monday 17 April 2023, today 15 April after numerious phone calls my Aunt is informed that it is still not done and must re-shedule the appointment. Now 4days later on a Saterday all must be cancelled... impossible because offices are closed. WHAT IF IT WAS A LIFE OR DEATH????!!!! REF ***
