Nonsense

Gems plays with its patients because they know there is no other option knowing very well they customers won’t go to another service provider. My medication has been late and later every month. Today I get a call I won’t get medication until I pay co payment which I was told was R80 in the beginning so I said they shouldn’t send it. Now miraculously it’s R300 now I must pay or wait until the 15th when I get paid. They say they told me about it but they never did, they only informed me about the R80. So 15 more days of sleep deprivation. On top of that they bugged up the exgratia for spectacles.
