NON PAYMENT FOR CHRONIC MEDICATION

Hi , I have being paying cash for my chronic medication from my Pharmacy for some time now .<br> Since , Gems have taken them out of their database .<br> However , since May 2015 last year I & the Chemist have submitted claims together with cash sales receipts & have NOT been reimbursed (paid) for my Chronic Medication . The amount outstanding is over + R3000<br> My Membership No Is : *** <br> Today , I have called 3 times , finally I spoke to Springkaan who was very helpful . He mentioned that the claims will have to be captured first . My Ref No is MH***4 .<br> Please investigate and inform me accordingly .<br> Regards
