Non payment for cash back
My sister went to the Doctor and was requested to pay R700 because the medical aid did not pay . she called gems and gave them everything they requested , they then changed the story to say the doctor used wrong codes and the doctor said the codes are correct as he has been using them for years. Now gems they do not want to pay my sister
