Non helping chronic authorizations

*** - *** The doctor prescribed medication I sent through the script and they say the system rejected it and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told the manager is not available. Now my medication has run out now I am stuck I don’t know what else to do. They keep sending me the same message that they are working on it this has been going on for two weeks.
