I'm disappointed that the GEMS didn't come back to me. But again, I'm not surprised, they offer the worst service and they don't care about their clients.

06 Jun 2023, 13:34Gems was unable to help me. They told me that they CAN'T use my savings from last year. They advised me to change the plan in order for me to cash out the savings amount. I find this idiotic, they should just pay the orthodontist period!!!!!
