NON DELIVERY OF CHRONIC MEDICATION

Patient CHRONIC medication prescription emailed to chronicdsp on 7 March 2023 - elderly patient called today to say still no medication. Almost 2 weeks later. Please investigate this matter urgently as tomorrow is a public holiday and still no medication. Now I am told if patient obtains meds at another pharmacy as she is running out of medication she will have to pay PENALTIES for something which is not even her doing.
