Non deliverance of Chronic medication

I have been with GEMS for many years and I've had excellent service. Until recently Medipost was handling my chronic medication. Their service was excellent. However GEMS has now changed the courier pharmacy to Marara Pharmacy. The service has gone from hero to zero.

I am still waiting for my chronic medication for February. I haven't received my chronic for March. A new chronic script was sent on 3 March.

I've been foning GEMS for more than a month now. And still no delivery. Each time I get a different story and lies.

How am I supposed to stay alive without my meds? Last week I went to the local pharmacy and bought a week's supply.. Seems like I have to do it again. Is GEMS going to reimburse me???

I've vented my feelings on various platforms. I have received no satisfaction. All I get is promises.

What is happening to GEMS???????
