no service delivery

<p>i phoned customer care looking to speak to a consultant to solve one of my issues with them. But it is impossible to get through to someone to help you over the phone as it is just voice prompts and number selections without getting any real help.</p> <p>I have also sent an email requesting them to give me a call about two days ago and still no response.</p> <p>all i would like is to speak to a knowledgeable consultant who could help me and get my problem sorted.</p>
