No service

on August 15th i sent a clinical report from the specialist as requested by the medical aid. Today is the 3rd October 2023 and since i haven't received a response! and the account is being handed over, meaning my name will be blacklisted due to the medical aid not attending to urgent matters and delaying in paying members or accounts. This is really unfair. and The patient is due for more blood test as the problem is not yet resolved. what is the way forward for the next bloodtest? am i going to have the same problem for this chronic matter?

I need this matter resolved I cannot spend hours doing your work. and worrying about accounts not covered by the medical aid.
