No response from GEMS
On 18 January this year, I emailed GEMS to ask if they would cover me for treatment I wished to have. A lady contacted me on email to ask for my number so that she could call me a few days later. I sent her my number and am still waiting for her call. Dear GEMS, when do you think you will get around to answering my query?
