<p>i have been emailing my application since 7 July and still have not had any response regarding the status of my application. I called in a few times and was told there is nothing on the system after receiving a generic response email saying my email was received. If I'm having problems joining your medical aid how many problems will I have when I need to claim. Now 6 weeks and still no response, God forbid anything should happen to me and I need healthcare!!!</p>

thanks. That will not be necessary as I have already taken my business elsewhere, and in less than a quarter of the time am a medical aid member.
