My father passed away 6 weeks ago and we have complete all the necessary documentation so that my mother can stay on his medical aid. When I phone the call centre they have no clue how to help me. My mom is 77 and need her chronic medication and she needs her medical aid. CATCH A WAKE UP your service is pathetic!
