No more funds lol

Gems is the biggest joke in the medical industry.... I've had the worst year wrt to my health. I have never been so humiliated in my life before.... My account is paid on time every month due to deductions yet when I go to the doctor, dentist or specialist I get a call a few days later saying my account hasn't been paid. So my question is what exactly am I paying for every month if my funds is finished. Am I only allowed to be sick so many times for the year?? And is my dentist and gp funds from the same pocket? How is this even possible? I've currently got 3 unpaid bills so far and it's not cheap. If my funds are over for the year surely the money being deducted each month should be able to cover for my unpaid bills.
