No medication

Last month I had to fight to get my patient medication and this month it's exactly the same story all over. The medicine was due at beginning of December still nothing after a lot of phone calls. They promised to send it last week still nothing. This patient is on anti depression and anti psychotic meds therefore he can't be without it. What is going on????????????? +++?
