NO HELP IN TIMES OF NEED BUT ALWAYS WILLING TO TAKE YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS

My parents have been loyal and trusted members of this medical aid for years. Now that my father is in last stage Alzheimer's and in desperate need of assistance GEMS has not been any help. they take WEEKS to get back to my mother on basic enquires and have not been helpful towards any of their medical needs. DISSAPOINTING to say the least
