No Feedback /Response
Ive tried from March 2018 to get my father as a dependant on my medical aid. Every time i phone their customer care i must wait for confirmation email. As the client I must contact their office on numerous times to get feedback or response. They will return an email or respond to my query in 48 hrs and 5 working days had past already.
