no feedback on reported case

I reported GEMS early January 2016 for the case i reported in November 2016, the manager called Chris called me and assured me that the investigator will update me on the case i reported in November 2015, someone from GEMS called and also promised feedback and nothing is coming...<br> I know that such cases cannot be completed overnight but a constant feedback is required.
