No feedback for chronic medication

Membership no *** , 02 dependant last week wrote a review about my chronic medication being denied. A day later received a call from someone who promised that my complaint will be dealt with. This week on Monday I received a call and was told that my doctor will be contacted and my issue will be dealt with and I will be called to be told of the outcome. I am still waiting for the feedback and time is running out. I am in need of the medication fast fast. Please assist. This issue should be dealt with quickly
