I am newly disvorced. A single mom who needs to make financial asdustments to provide for my children. I e-mailed GEMS 16/07/2024 to consider a downgrade to a lower plan. The requested a copy of my payslip, which I send. I asked for feedback on 15/08/2024. To date, I haven'nt had any further feedback regarding my request.

26 Sept 2024, 08:08Gems just proof once again that they have little care for their members. I got an sms yesterday stating that my plan will be downgraded from 01October 2024. Last nught at 20h00, I got a call, "sorry we are still reviewing your request". This morning 26/09/24, I got an sms again, "your plan in change to Ruby", which is the plan I actually wanted to downgrade.
