In Sept I logged a call when I phoned today still no feed back for accounts that has not been paid for in hospital treatment. Bad service ever .

spoke to Constance Motsoeli who did not know if she is coming or going. I asked her how long will it take she answered I don't know, why is it taking so long ? I don't know....basically she does not know anything :(
