No delivery of medication

I have been calling GEMS for my son's chronic medication its now 2 weeks without his Epelim everytime I call in they send me from pillar to post with the no help. I have been on the call with them for an hour or so today still no help. Should my start getting sick because of no medication you are going to responsible for this. You don't value other people's medical conditions and lives
