No correspondence for 6 months

My son was supposed to be added on the medical aid scheme in August 2017. All documents were completed and submitted. After receiving no correspondence, a re-submission was done in January 2018. After no correspondence, I called the scheme in February and i was told nothing had been done to process the documents.
