No compassion to customers

I am so sick of complaining about Gems. I pay my medical to give me quality service. I am so tired of paying medical bills each and every year. We need our cpap machines and due to a short payment from Gems we cannot get it. But there is still funds left. It's been over a month and Sleepnet Breethnet got the machines but would not issue it due to short payments from Gems. My 13 year old daughter did not get her anti depressants for the 2nd month due to a 34 rand levy. So our wellbeing means nothing. It's just a money making company.
