No autorisation

After 7 days of waiting for authorisation, GEMS informed me late yesterday that there is a waiting period of one year on Member awaiting authorization to remove wisdom teeth. It doesn't make sense because every time we phoned them they had a different excuse why they can not give authorisation. Every time you phone them you speak to a different consultant that make it very difficult because you must explain everything from scratch. I can not believe that you can not phone and speak to the complaints section because they only got an e-mail address.
