No authorization from Gems
I am waiting for authorisation for medication. I gave been in hospital for more than two months. There is a solution to go home but GEMS must authorise. No response is forthcibg from Gems. Custer survicerelyctant to help. I need to go home. It has been over two months in hospital.

Upon discharge I still had to pay for the media as they said there wâ no authorization as there was no authorization. I want this refunded. Why tell doctor all is fine and then there is no authorization?
Osant this sorted out and a refund from the fund. Improper information was given. Now I am home in massive debt!
