No authority for hospital delivery

<p>Mine is a contract issue. I joined gems October 2016 and the was nothing about waiting periods in the terms and conditions of the contract I signed. Apparently new rules came in to effect October 2016 saying the are waiting periods. Now my pregnant wife is refused an authorization letter for hospital delivery. GEMS is bridging the contract they entered with me by doing this. Why am I paying contributions and yet gems refuses to pay for the delivery. </p>
