No Assistance

I phoned gems this morning (4/1); I was on the line for 16 minutes and no one could help me with a authority nr so that I can get my chronic medication. I was transferred 6 times and at the end of it all my airtime expired and now I can’t get my chronic. As you know this is life sustaining medication and I desperately need it. Very disgusted in gems s Service.
