Needed the to have new born loaded in April- still not loaded August...5 months now

<p>My child was born in Feb, we missed the dead line to reg in April. so we had to fill in other forms whitch we did. in July i called again to see if was loaded yet. and lone and behold no he was not loaded. they tell me that there were two pages that needed to be filled in extra. i asked why i had to call two months later to get told that there were docs short? then did them, and were told to send it to the consultant ( Xolani Dlephu ) directly and he would make sure all done asap. not to worry. i have send a few mails asking him to confirm that all ok and sorted. no response. today i called again, to get told that nothing was done by the consultant and the did not get our documents that we send to the consultant. i can see that he has read all my mails as i have the read reciepts on mail. but upto now still no news or feed back. i am very upset as if something happens to me new born baby will have no medical aid because GEMS failed to do there job? if anything had to happen you would be at fault, would GEMS take responsability? </p>
