My dad still waiting for his pension money

My father was working for SAPS and he went on pension on the 30 November 2014 and up until today he is still waiting for his pension money. We did follow it up with the SAPS and eventually they confirmed that they submitted his documents to the Government Employees Pension Fund and we started contacting GEPF and they confirmed that they did receive his document on the 14 April 2015 and they currently busy processing and it will take 60 working days for everything so that he can receive his money and today I phoned GEPF and now I am being told that his document were only received on the 11 May 2015 and he has to wait for the 60 working days again and I dont know what happened to the 14 April and we are very concerned as they date now are shifting and we wondering whether will my dad ever get his money he has bills to pay.
