Most useless Medical aid
I have given birth on the 24th. My last gynae appointment was on the 15th April but Gems being an asshole medical aid they pay the gynae from my day to day benefit. Still my day to day benefit shows i used a certain amount but yet i did not. The gynae visit for 15th April was suppose to come out from the maternity benefit. Uselesd bunch of idiots that work there. They dont even know what the hell they doing.

11 May 2026, 11:40Can you look into why my baby who was born 24th April her day to day benefits has been used whilst she was in hospital as well as the extender benefits. My daughter has been in nicu from 24th may until 6th may and yet instead of paying from the hospital you idiots are paying from her day to day and extender benefits!!!!!!
