Months later and waiting for a refund

After having submitted many documents for refund on 19 August 2025, I am yet to still receive the refund for a 4D scan in May, OBGYN visits up to July, an Emergency Room claim from June and a homeopathy visit for my child in May.

GEMS is contradictory in every way, you speak to a consultant and get one thing, which you do, then you get told via email it is not possible.

Please people, just refund me.
