Misinformed *********** Consultants!!!

I am truly disappointed in Gems. The service that we have received from their consultants namely Khethi & Cathy(maternity dept.) and Olga(claims dept.) has been nothing but misleading. These consultants have proved to be extremely ***********. It's bad enough that when one calls in you're transferred from department to department and their holding time is just out of this world. My husband and I were falsely advised to when we can make use of our maternity benefits and are now liable to pay for a mistake they did. Worse according to Olga the other departments have no idea what the Gems underwritings state. How is that our fault - incompetence at its best!!!
