Mhg exgratia and appliance the worst medical admistror representing gems

find it quite strange that ex gratia sends me a letter stating they don't know about the exgratia application I did a few weeks ago I am gafsa Garson membership nr ***. I am medically boarded by department of health. I send all my documentation that I am disable and medically boarded My meds is not covered because I have ehler danlos hypermobility a rare genetic connective tissue disease Dr Wilson send motivation letter and script that I need a motorized wheelchair that was also declined. And contact nr *** I never encountered such poor service delivery. Gems made a big mistake to use mhg as their medical administror. They are discriminating and they are ***********. I really had enough of mhg exgratia department that don't want to approve extra funds so I can have my medication and assitive devices as I am disable. I am taking this matter to the medical schemes council and the principal of Gems. Mhg is discriminatory and deliver poor service. I have been waiting for a answer for weeks now but I never get a response if exgratia will approve my application. I am utterly disappointed that gems chose mhg as a medical aid administrator.
