Mhg ex gratia department and their medical advisors is the most uncaring administrators and gems must be informed how poor their service delivery is

I am highly disappointed that up to date mhg the administrator of Gems that the ex gratia department haven't approved my ex gratia as yet. I was contacted by medscheme also admistrator of Gems that my ex gratia I must complete and they will use my genetic Dr letter as motivation to approve my meds as I am disabled and have a rare disease and I am medically boarded and can't pay every month my meds out of my pocket r2500. Mhg contacted me for my last payslip and I referred them to my hr department as my last payslip is not a reflection of whar I will get now being medically boarded. It doesn't make sense to me that the administrators of Gems doesn't communicate with each other. I will go directly to gems principal officer Dr gunant goolab and inform him that mhg as administrator is not doing their job properly. Gems says that they care about public servant but both their administrators medscheme and especially mhg administrator show no compassion to public servants especially members that are disabled and medically boarded. I did not ask to have a rare disease I am a single mother of two and only 42 yrs old. This disrespect of ex gratia and their medical advisors of mhg must show compassion. My medical aid nr is ***.. Gems must be informed how mhg gives poor service delivery
