Mental health not important

Last week I got a call that venlor is still under investigation 2 months later without the medication. Then the lady I spoke to said my medication would be delivered by today she didn’t say anything about paying first before delivery. I am waiting for the medication I get paid on the 15th and today I get a call that tells me I would not be receiving any medication. I will receive some on Wednesday and the other I must pay first which means no medication for two weeks which I had app**** for exgracia for. When I ask to speak to the manager I am told none is available, so my mental health is not important to the medical aid they would rather I get admitted and pay more than help me now
