Mental Health A Big Joke to GEMS

I have been struggling with depression for sometime. But my medical aid thinks this is all a big joke. I was in a treatment facility for about 10 days until I was kicked out because my medical aid did not want to pay any further costs. I then took part in out patient therapy. I app**** for an extension for Psychiatric benefit. I got a document back in response which I do not understand. I contacted GEMS asking for an explanation but I received no response. I then took it upon myself to go to the contact sense. I then spoke to a lady called Mmakgoshi who is really a lost cause. she could not help me at all. She then said that PMB department doesn't work on Saturday. well it seems they don't work week days as well as I have been WAITING for a response. GEMS HAS PUT ME THRUGH NOTHING BUT HOOP AFTER HOOP. THEY DO NOT RECOGNIZE MY ILLNESS AS SERIOUSLY AS THEY SHOULD. THEY HAVE PAID FOR THE MOST MINIMAL TREATMENT AS THEY CAN. BEWARE EVERYONE GEMS ONLY SEES YOU AS A *** THEY CAN MILK FOR MANY BUT WHEN YOU NEED THEM THEY DO NOT COME TO THE PARTY!
