Membership terminated

After numerous and frustrating contact with GEMS due to suspension of my membership, I was advised that my membership was terminated and I have to make a payment of R 6546.50 as stated on the letter dated 18th of August 2022 and submitted a new application form to rejoin as a member of GEMS. Today I have received a letter dated 7th of September 2022 stating that Membership terminated due to outstanding contributions of R21480.00. Kindly advise or assist me with the way forward since I am a person who is suffering from chronics who cannot survive without Medical Aid. I have tried several times to call GEMS and all officials from contributions and memberships will tell me a different story which I am failing to understand.
