Membership suspension

GEMS Medical aid,,l had my daughter as a dependant and this year she didnt get registered to University then GEMS wrote saying they going to suspend the membership,l then went to the Cape Town branch on the 14th May to enquire and the lady who was helping me after being on the phone with membership department about re instating my daughter as an adult dependant she said that l must pay R946 for the month of April and the R946 for May will be deducted from my salary as arrears on the June salary,and after l have paid the April amount l must wait for 2 days then call GEMS to re instate my daughters membership.I then paid the R946 on the 15th May and today I called GEMS with call reference 200524QLGORG and spoke to Lindelwa Shabangu who told me that GEMS cannot re instate membership of my daughter until l have paid the R946 for May,,the lady who helped me on Tuesday at the branch made a a mistake by telling me that ,if l pay April fee then they will re instate and deduct May in June salary,,I therefore has a complaint because its not my fault that she gave me false information ,its the service error that has got nothing to do with me,,My daughter cannot be without a medical aid because she is Bipolar and on chronic medication ,and with this Flue going around what if she catches it and die because of not getting proper medical attention will GEMS take responsibility for that,because now GEMS is gambling with my daughters life.
