Membership suspended unfairly

I have changed my option from Emerald Value to Ruby because I noticed that I am going to get affected by this sudden increase in our Medical Aid scheme called GEMS. I wrote to them enquiring about the contribution from Emerald Value to Ruby. I delayed payment for my contribution because till to date I have not been informed about the monthly contribution for Ruby. I have realised that the scheme is really undermining the majority of their members when we are on pension.Our contribution to this scheme is being taken for granted and they are quickly to suspend our membership as a way of punishment. I have written quite a number of complaints about this scheme treatment of its members who are on pension
