Membership resignation(GEMS)

<p>I resigned from the above medical aid on 31 -12-16, On the 7th Feb 2017 I called to confirm my resignation where by a membership certificate showing the dates I joined and the resignation dates was emailed to me. To my suprise this month (Feb ) when checked my salary advised an amount of R8854 was deducted, called them for for a refund and I'm told I can only be refunded end of March through PERSAL.</p> <p> </p> <p>Don't know how am I gonna survive the whoooole............... of March and this means no school fees for my children, I must take leave for the whole month, no food at home as I'm left with nothing but a paper called ''payslip''</p> <p> </p> <p>''DISGUSTED AND STRESSED''' </p>
