Membership Applicaation

My medical aid application is a nightmare. I app**** in February 2019 even now nothing is happening . You will hold forever when you do the follow up on your application, their call centre agents even hang-up on you while you are still waiting for their assistant. I they want the outstanding document and I submitted to them on time but every time I call them they say they haven't received them and I will send still the same thing for the past 3month . Yesterday when I spoke to them they tell the application has been cancelled because I didn't submit the outstand documents. I proof that I submitted all those documents on time. I even lost counts of the reference number I got from calling gems. Yesterday as I talking to the other consultant ,she said some consulted noted that he called me and I didn't answer and the other outstanding document was Visa . My question is what do you need a VISA for when applying for a medical aid. I have been transferred I don't know to how many consulted even now I'm still not assisted. The last consultant I spoke to she told me I must reapply if I need the medical aid ,send the document to the same email that they say they didn't receive my outstanding documents. They never called me not even once yet they claim on their system that they did. I'm frustrated with Gems
