Good day I would like to share my unhappiness with Gems I submitted claims in October 2020 for the amounts of Aug 1. R 3149,03 Sept 2. R2148,72 3. R 358,26

I was told that the payments will be made beginning of November or end of November 2020

To date I have not received anything

I am very unhappy. I had to use my own money to purchase medical supplies whilst waiting for a members to be activated since July 2020
