Medical Bills

I was hospitalized from the 04th of December 2020 at Netcare. I knew my medical to be paying unlimitedly for hospitalization, surprisingly I had to pay my gynaecologist a certain amount because GEMS did not pay full amount when I ask they said it’s because the gynae has an assistant of which I o not understand because every theatre there are different people, in addition they did not pay the whole hospitalization at Netcare now Netcare is looking for money for me and also Pathcare account that was not paid from 2019 and 2020 one. I tried to engage with them but I never got a response
