Medical aid suspended without a reason

To day i went to see a doctor and only to find out that my funds has been suspended since August by gems without a reason. What i don't understand is that every month there's contribution showing on Persal refleting gems payment. I was so disappointed and it seems as it is the ongoing habit to suspend employees benefits.
