Medical aid queiries

I wrote an email to gems on 18 May 2022 and got an automated reply that they are attending to my quiery and they will come back to me. To date i have not recieved their response and it is a norm that Gems do not reply to clients. I humbly request a reply . I like Gems medical aid but dissapointed about how they respond to enquiries.
