**** medical aid

I have been calling Gems about my daughter's waiting period since the 23rd of November, she has had uninterrupted medical cover and now they want to put a 3 month waiting period for her but still expect to be paid, I'm calling them and they keep saying that it's being escalated but when I call again to find out how far the process is they need to escalate again , the most useless medical aid ever!!!
