Medical aid claims and poor service all round

I am a Healthcare professional. Certantly the worse medical aid, I have worked with. After claiming from them for some time. They request fica documents. In which none of them can explain reasons why. I keep getting emails about more documents they require. Each time I request how long it will take. Never get a response. We haven't been paid for 3 months now. We have also not been able to see clients as awaiting pay out. Can't continue to see GEMs clients because everything their side is on hold. When calling them, worse experience. People sound like they sleeping on the phone. They make it known they don't feel for your conversation and they literally can't answer any questions you have. I thought the public should be aware. Medical aid is not Cheap in this country. At least give people their monies worth. At least be able to give a service that you are proud of. I'm not just speaking on my behalf but clients I have affiliated with Gems.
