Medical aid bills not paid by GEMS medical aid

My son Ntsako Mabaso was admitted in Life poortview hospital on the 17 to the 28 December 2018 and up to now GEMS has not settled the account they only paid for 3 days and they also refuse to pay for the EEG procedure that was done during his admission as a diagnostic measure. I am having a shortfall of R38369 for the admission and R3640.70 for the EEG. GEMS is not taking mental health as a serious condition if they do they could have settled the accounts. I wrote several emails to the fund and trey never responded I also called the client services and only to be told by Jonathan Mahlangu from the client services did not receive the claim, I was sent a copy of the claim sent tom the fund and forwarded it to GEMS and up to now no one has called to resolve the matter, my son was readmitted on the 8 July to the same hospital and I guess GEMS will not settle the accounts we could have learnt from life esdidimeni that the mental health users are important but GEMS by not settling the accounts are saying to me I need to send my son to the unlicensed service providers
