I feel like these scheme is a ****. I went to consult at the dermatologist, I paid the half amount required. GEMS promised to pay me back as I made an enquiry before I went to consult.
Now GEMS is refusing to pay me. They are telling me that I was supposed to pay the doctor a full amount, so that they can pay me.
What frustrate me is that I made enquiries from them. Now that they must pay me, they tell me different stories.
I am disappointed about this scheme. They are ****mers
